We stayed at the Novotel Queenstown, which is halfway found right on Lake Wakatipu.
The hotel is approximately 15 minutes from the airport and near all attractions including the ski fields. In a real sense a two – five minute stroll into the shopping and restaurant precinct of Queenstown. The hotel is outfit with all necessary facilities including car parking, one restaurant, one bar, room service, convention area and meeting rooms.
The attendant upon check in, Sharlene was really agreeable, proficient and extremely supportive. She gave us a lot of information on tours, cafés, bars and restaurants that aided did us with our outing.
To the side of the hotel check in area is a mini traveler office which is where you can book all tours, encounters and transport trips along with information on basically anything you really want for your stay in Queenstown. The employees here were entirely educated and assisted Hannah and I with choosing options in contrast to tours when one of our recently reserved tours had been dropped.
Rooms range from standard rooms to one bedroom apartments. We picked a lakeside room with two twofold beds as we truly needed to see the perspective on the lake and mountains from our room. Considering you see this view anyplace you stroll in Queenstown assuming I stayed at the Novotel next time I would prefer to set aside the additional cash that we paid for the view and spend it roaming around on a winery visit.
However, that extremely roomy, faultlessly spotless, and warm. The beds were truly agreeable and furthermore extremely warm, cherished the weighty dark carpet such a lot of I needed to bring it home with me.
I’d be more than cheerful staying at the Novotel next time I visit Queenstown. It had everything I really wanted for my week stay. What made the hotel outstanding were the staff, so supportive, proficient and productive. Welcomed each day cheerfully prior to heading out for the day was a welcomed shock. The area of the hotel is wonderful, not directly in the center of the bars and restaurants however a fast leave it all which for us was great.
